HANKS PRINTING
Hanks printing is a process characterised by a great craftsmanship and quality. The hanks in fact, are one by one manually disposed in a special machine that obtains unique and distinctive effects. Daily production: 1000 Kg.
NON-SHRINKABLE TREATMENTS
The production is developed on three lines that use KROY technology, which allows to reach an average daily production of 20.000 Kg/day between the processes of BASOLAN, SUPERWASH, TEC and MERCERISED WOOL.
PACKAGES DYEING
The know-how, gained in more than forty years of activity, allows Tintoria e Finissaggio Ferraris to perform dyes on any kind of material (wool, acrylic, viscose, nylon, polyester, cotton, linen, etc.) and on complex -composition yarns (wool/cotton, acrylic/elastane, viscose/nylon, wool/silk, acrylic/polyamide/wool, etc.). TOPS DYEING
The new completely-automatized department has been recently activated and allows tops dyeing of non-shrinkable wool materials and natural fibres (mohair, alpaca, cachemire). However, also acrylic, polyester and polyamide dyes are performed, alone or wool-mixed. The dyed fabric is then smoothed and dried in 10 to 40 kilograms bums. THREAD DYEING
This unit can perform different types of printings: spray printing on skeins (productive capacity 500 kg/day), roll printing on packages (productive capacity 1000 kg/day) and an innovative micro-spray printing that allows a particular merging effect between melange and vintage colours.
TOPS PRINTING
Aside from the normal Vigoreaux printing on a colour (black or brown), it is possible to perform printings up to four colours that allow to obtain a very melted melange like carded appearance. The productive capacity is 1000 Kg/day.
