HANKS DYEING

Initially created for wool dyes, through the years the department has expanded with the addition of dyeing equipment  and cotton mercerising. Currently, the department is divided as follows:

Cabinet tanks

28 tanks with variable loads depending on the material: from Kg 12.5 to Kg 1050 per colour and for a daily productive capacity around 5.000 Kg/day.

Arm tanks

13 tanks with variable loads depending on the material:

n. 4 FROM KG. 50

Arm tanks are used to treat noble and delicate fibres, such as cachemire and silk.
