STABILITY AND REAL PROTECTIONS
The vast majority of our contracts are open-ended. We apply the national collective labour agreement (CCNL) for the textile, clothing and fashion sector, with access to the SANIMODA supplementary healthcare fund and the PREVIMODA supplementary pension scheme. We recognise an annual bonus equal for all employees, because fairness is not a slogan.
SAFETY FIRST
We work in industrial environments, where safety is non-negotiable. We regularly update our risk assessments, train all staff, and continuously monitor working conditions. In 2024 both plants recorded zero accidents.
