The plants

The Ferraris Group has the 2 historic plants of Gaglianico and Benna, in the province of Biella, joined in 2024 by the acquisition of Garfintex in Pray (Biella).

GAGLIANICO

The Gaglianico plant is renowned for fabric dyeing and finishing, with a wide range of advanced treatments that turn raw materials into high-quality finished products. Enhancement (nobilitazione), a crucial stage in the production process, gives fabrics softness, strength or particular aesthetic effects, allowing every process to be tailored to customers’ specific needs.

BENNA

The Benna plant specialises in the processing of tops and yarns, including the shrink-resistant treatment of tops and the dyeing of tops and yarns, essential services for the fine-yarn market intended for high-end production.
Thanks to cutting-edge technologies, this plant ensures precise, reliable processes fully aligned with market demands and customer needs.

GARFINTEX, PRAY

Garfintex in Pray, acquired in 2024, is dedicated to the processing and finishing of fine fabrics, turning raw fibres into finished fabrics that are glossy, brilliant, warm and soft to the touch, ideal for outerwear and accessories, thanks also to cutting-edge processes such as SettinGlaze, a step that achieves outstanding brilliance, dimensional stability and excellent pilling resistance.
