A path built over more than 60 years
Finissaggio e Tintoria Ferraris is today an industrial group with two plants, 250 employees and an established presence on international markets.
The Group’s productive heart lies in the historic plants of Gaglianico and Benna, joined in 2024 by the acquisition of Garfintex in Pray.
Each production site specialises in a distinct stage of contract textile processing.
GAGLIANICO
The Gaglianico plant is dedicated to fabric finishing. Here, raw materials are enhanced through a wide range of treatments (dyeing, drying, quality control) that give fabrics the characteristics required by the customer: softness, strength, specific aesthetic effects. It is where raw fabric becomes a high-quality finished product.
BENNA
The Benna plant specialises in dyeing and the treatment of tops and yarns. Its main activities include the shrink-resistant treatment of tops and the dyeing of tops and yarns, services aimed at the fine-yarn market for high-end production. Benna is also home to a high-efficiency cogeneration plant, with an efficiency of over 80%, which makes a significant contribution to the Group’s energy self-sufficiency.
GARFINTEX, PRAY
In 2024 the Group expanded with the acquisition of Garfintex, based in Pray, completing coverage of the textile supply chain from fibre to finished garment, via yarn and fabric. With this move, the Group strengthens its production capacity and expands professional growth opportunities for the people who work there.
Certified quality
The three plants operate a rigorous product traceability system, tracking every process from receipt of the raw material to delivery of the finished product.
Environmental and quality certifications (GOTS, RWS, GRS, OEKO-TEX®, IVN, Bluesign, Nativa Precious Fiber) are active at both historic plants and guarantee customers compliance with the most demanding international standards.
