In the garment dyeing section we perform classical and-non dyes, starting from the typical dyeing in Dutch, in order to obtain fading, un-evenly, shibori, tie and dye and pigment-dyeing effects. The daily production is around 500 Kg.

The fabrics dyeing section can work on any kind of fibre and fabric: from clothing to furnishing fabrics, but also from beaver to combed fabrics, maintaining a very high quality every time. Our machinery, composed by jiggers, flows, over flows and torpedoes, allows us to decrease dyeing flaws. The daily production is around 15.000 mt/day.
The know-how, gained in more than forty years of activity, allows Tintoria e Finissaggio Ferraris to perform dyes on any kind of material (wool, acrylic, viscose, nylon, polyester, cotton, linen, etc.) and on complex -composition yarns (wool/cotton, acrylic/elastane, viscose/nylon, wool/silk, acrylic/polyamide/wool, etc.). The new completely-automatized department has been recently activated and allows tops dyeing of non-shrinkable wool materials and natural fibres (mohair, alpaca, cachemire). However, also acrylic, polyester and polyamide dyes are performed, alone or wool-mixed. The dyed fabric is then smoothed and dried in 10 to 40 kilograms bums.
